lipwig: End of PanFS support

Starting October 2, we will have to discontinue PanFS support on lipwig for compatibility reasons.

Directories that were previously accessible via PanFS will be available via NFS in the future. lease test whether NFS works for your jobs in “/opt/nfs-scratch” during your next runs. If you encounter any problems, please contact us. Unfortunately, switching to NFS will result in a loss of performance. However, we are unable to continue operating PanFS. We appreciate your understanding.
